While I was living in Colorado, I got the idea from a dear friend of mine to create a bucket list of sorts of 100 things I want to do in my lifetime. Well, in need of some inspiration and some motivation, I finally got around to creating that list - and let me tell you, it is a lot harder than it sounds. Trust me. Some of these things are simple, some things are a little bit more of a stretch, some things are admittedly a little weird. Spoiler alert: the vast majority of these have to do with traveling, yoga, or getting the chance to come face-to-face with furry critters. Shocker. And no, I don't expect you to go through and read each and every item. But if you're also in the need of some inspiration and motivation like I was, here ya go:
- Become fluent in Spanish.
- Live in the mountains (again).
- Climb a 14er.
- Climb every 14er in Colorado.
- Lead a yoga retreat in the mountains.
- Play with a red panda.
- Play with a real panda.
- Learn how to make sushi, and do it well.
- Write a book.
- Do yoga at the top of Aspen Mountain.
- Learn how to fly fish.
- Backpack in SE Asia.
- Practice yoga every day for an entire month.
- Adopt a dog.
- Create my own job/job title.
- Buy my own loft.
- Take a pole dancing class.
- Learn how to paint.
- Take a photography class.
- Get paid to write my first article.
- Take my nephew on a vacation.
- Roadtrip through Canada in a camper van.
- Buy an Audi S4.
- Complete my 300 hour teacher training.
- Complete Yin yoga teacher training.
- Live in another country.
- Visit Croatia.
- Go to the Olympics.
- Drive on the autobahn in Germany.
- Master a handstand.
- See a concert at Red Rocks.
- Take a yoga class at Red Rocks.
- Go skydiving.
- Attend every Wanderlust yoga & music festival.
- Teach English in South Korea.
- Volunteer at the humane society.
- Get igolu certified.
- Go bow hunting.
- Go to Comic Con.
- Visit Hello Kitty world (is that still a thing? Is it even a thing? I think it is...)
- Get another tattoo.
- Drive from northern California, up the coast, to Vancouver.
- Pay off my student loans.
- Step foot on every continent.
- Spend a week in Patagonia.
- Visit every national park in the U.S.
- Complete at least one great walk in New Zealand.
- Spend a few weeks in Norway.
- Go to a Stanley Cup hockey game.
- Stay in a tree house hotel.
- Attend a yoga retreat in Mexico.
- Teach a yoga class at a yoga festival.
- Go to Disneyland with my nephew (or without him, but preferably with.)
- Journal every single day for a year - or longer.
- Visit Marine in South Africa.
- Spend time in Fiji.
- Take my dad on a vacation to Italy.
- Start my own business.
- Take a vacation with my sister-in-law.
- Read the Game of Thrones books.
- Go on a real camping trip.
- Go back to Switzerland.
- Go to Taylor's Fall's.
- Hike in Oregon.
- Go to an Eric Church concert.
- Spend a long weekend at Lake Tahoe.
- Practice yoga in Bali.
- Go to a Wild vs. Blackhawk's game (and hopefully watch the Blackhawks lose).
- Visit Iceland.
- Read a new book every month for a year.
- Visit every mountain town in Colorado.
- Give being a full-time yoga teacher a try.
- Teach an outdoor yoga class.
- Watch every LOTR movie in a day.
- Be able to do 100 (real) push-ups.
- Become a morning person.
- Hike from Aspen/Snowmass to Crested Butte.
- Get my conceal and carry.
- Ride a camel in Morocco.
- Meet my birth parents.
- Write a piece for Yoganonymous.
- Pet a Koala bear.
- Visit Utah.
- Take a dirt biking lesson.
- Go to another Zac Brown Band Concert - preferably at Red Rocks.
- Visit my friend Haejoo in Seoul, South Korea.
- Teach a yoga class with 100+ students.
- Spend time in the mountains of Montana.
- Make my own mala necklace.
- Watch every episode of Friends. (I know I'm a little late to that party...)
- Go an entire week without checking my email.
- Get tickets to The Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon.
- See the Northern lights.
- Go paragliding.
- Stay in an over water bungalow.
- Dye my hair purple.
- Feed a hummingbird.
- Spend a weekend in Nashville.
- Teach my nephew to throw a Frisbee.
- Take my teaching digital and create yoga videos.
